Listing AppointmentWe will go over our pricing strategy and let you know how we will market your home.. We may also offer suggestions regarding repairs or staging. We also offer referrals to professional stagers and can discuss staging options.
Marketing The HomeThrough a targeted approach, we will make sure that your home reaches a broad range of buyers and Realtors using all of the tools available.
Home InspectionWe will work with the buyer's agent to coordinate the home inspection and any other related inspections. Once a repair request is submitted we will work with you to negotiate repairs and get bids from qualified contractors.
Closing PreparationWe will ensure that both the buyer and seller documents arrive on time. Additionally, we will make every effort to accommodate your signing around your busy schedule.

After Signed ListingWe begin the process of getting your home ready to be marketed to the public as well as our professional network. During this time we will help coordinate any repairs, schedule professional photos and staging (if desired).
The Offer & ContractWe pride ourselves in utilizing expert negotiating skills and will work on your behalf, with your best interest in mind. We will do everything we can to negotiate the best terms for YOU!
The AppraisalWe will coordinate with the appraiser to gain access into the home and provide them with any information they may need. If necessary, we will do whatever we can to get you the value needed to close. After ClosingWe will continue to be in touch and make sure to meet any needs that you have. We are always happy to share recommendations for contractors and service professionals, whenever you may need them.
