We began our careers in residential real estate in 2005 and have spent every year working exclusively by referral. We value the opportunity to invest in our clients and referrals who have chosen us to guide them through the home buying and/or selling process. We have been blessed with the opportunity to serve many friends and clients repeatedly over the years.
The primary focus of our business is single family homes/condos/townhomes as well as assisting clients in multi-family investing. During our careers, we spent several years working in Portland's Pearl District and Downtown Neighborhoods focusing on buying and selling urban condos. We have also been involved in condo associations and served on HOA boards which has led to our understanding of building and neighborhood homeowner associations. Our experience in multi-family investing has expanded our knowledge and allowed us to help clients buy, sell and analyze properties for investment purposes.
Real estate transactions can be complicated and overwhelming for buyers and sellers. Chrissy's background as an elementary school teacher, enables her to explain the buying and selling process and negotiations to clients clearly. She offers a step by step approach to the transaction and will ensure you understand the transaction from start to finish. Jeff's background in sales and multi-family investing allows him to look at the business side of the real estate transaction. He also has a passion for multi-family investing and enjoys analyzing investment properties with clients.
