The home inspectors that we recommend are thorough, complete and conduct the inspection with fairness and impartiality. Inspection findings are reported in a friendly, polite and informative manner. We wanted to give you a general overview of the home inspection process and let you know what to expect.

The Inspection Report is your final document.  It is a computer generated and is clearly written and provides easy to understand findings with photos. The report is a comprehensive analysis of the visible defects and condition of the property being inspected. In most instances, the report is available the same day of the inspection.  The following items are inspected in accordance with the Oregon Standards of Practice for inspectors.  Removable items, such as washer and dryers are not part of an inspection.

I always encourage you to attend the inspection as this is an opportunity for you to look more closely at the condition of the home and the home inspector is available to answer all of your questions. The average time to inspect a house is about 3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home.
